Finding the best minds in the climate smart space to develop and deploy green solutions for the sustainability of the planet with an outcome of replicating such solutions on a commercial scale.
This was done in partnership with the Netherland’s Embassy to select circular entrepreneurs that will provide sustainable solutions to the waste challenges faced by 5 selected Dutch companies operating in Nigeria. This was the first ever circular hackathon executed in Lagos state.
This project was coordinated by NCIC and in partnership with Lagos stage Government and Circular Economy Innovation partnership (CEIP) to bring together circular innovators and explore ways of helping them scale their businesses by providing them with access to finance, markets as well upskilling them through capacity building.
This project was created to identify and discover the best minds in the WASH sector and enable them to go through a thorough capacity building exercise that will upskill their solutions, skills, and products for the purpose of developing and deploying their WASH solutions to mitigate WASH challenges.
This was done in partnership with Financial Centre for Sustainability (FC4S), Office of the Vice President, Access Bank to explore areas of aligning fintech solutions with SDGs and how fintech solutions can be leveraged to provide solutions for meeting SDGs in smart and sustainable ways.
The Agribusiness Innovation Challenge is aimed at developing viable solutions that are fit to tackle the food supply chain challenges in Nigeria. These solutions are required to be replicated in other parts of the country and scaled for commercial use.
