The Green Youth Upskilling Program (GYUP) is a flagship initiative of the Oando Foundation, implemented in partnership with the Nigeria Climate Innovation Center (NCIC). It addresses youth unemployment, energy access, waste management, and climate challenges by equipping young Nigerians with technical and entrepreneurial skills in renewable energy and waste management. Through these sectors, GYUP strengthens youth employability, promotes environmental sustainability, builds climate resilience, and creates pathways for young people to participate in Nigeria’s growing green economy.
